We have now had multiple projects completed at different rental properties by IMS. They've maintained our HVAC systems for years and when they finally say "It's time" at the respective property, we know it was truly is time. Their communication is spectacular. Excellent service all the way around. The day of the replacement we were notified when they were on their way. They arrived prepared and on time. The crew worked quickly & steadily, and when the installation was complete, they took time to test everything, clean up, and show me how to change the filter.
